I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the plus side, the location was great, really close to the city center and convenient for exploring. Unfortunately, the rooms were much smaller than I expected, which made our stay a bit cramped. The service was also a letdown, as some staff members were quite rude, which detracted from the overall experience. However, the breakfast was decent and added some value to our stay.

I had a decent stay at the hotel. The rooms were small and got really hot without air conditioning, and it took multiple requests to get one. On a positive note, the room did come with a private setup including a kettle and fridge, which was great. The professional staff made up for some shortcomings, and the location was good, being close to the university and about a ten-minute walk to town. However, I found the breakfast overpriced for what was offered.

Rooms

The rooms were quite small and didn't have air conditioning, which made them uncomfortable during the heat. However, they did have essential kitchenware and a kettle, which I appreciated.
Service
8.0
The service was very professional. The staff explained everything clearly, including security codes and how the hotel worked, which was a nice touch.
Location
8.0
The location was good, with the main town just a ten-minute walk away. It was also conveniently near bars and restaurants but a bit quieter than the touristy areas.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was good but basic. I felt it was a bit expensive for what was offered, so I'd recommend picking something up locally instead.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to have a great location, particularly if you're attending a conference nearby. The rooms were clean but felt more functional than stylish, lacking any real design flair. I did encounter some service issues, particularly regarding my car, which dampened my experience a little. The dining options were pricey for what they offered, which was a downside. Overall, it's a decent stay but not without its quirks.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean and had the charm of a hospital room, quite functional but lacking in design.
Service
5.0
The service was lacking, with staff being unresponsive when I had an issue regarding my car.
Location
9.0
The hotel is in a very good location, within walking distance of the conference center and local attractions.
Dining

Dining at the hotel was overpriced; I found it much cheaper and better to eat out in town.

I found the hotel to be in a prime location that's both quiet and just a short walk from Vieux Port and all the shops and restaurants. However, I was quite disappointed with the room conditions, as they felt outdated and not worth the price I paid. The service was decent – the staff were friendly and accommodating to my early check-in request. Unfortunately, the dining options didn't offer good value for money and were too pricey for what you get.

Rooms
5.0
The room was a bit tired and in need of improvement. The bathroom was spacious, but the shower did not work well, and I noticed the tiles were stained. Additionally, the toilet had an unpleasant odor that lingered.
Service
8.0
The staff were really helpful, assisting me with printing boarding passes and being flexible with early and late check-in times.
Location
9.0
The location was great; very quiet and within easy walking distance of everything I wanted to see. However, the surrounding buildings felt somewhat deserted.
Dining
5.0
I found the dining option to be quite busy and not worth the price. Eating at local eateries offered much better value.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were quite basic and didn’t live up to my expectations given the hotel price. Not much to write home about.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be clean and fairly comfortable, but the heat in the room was a real downside due to the lack of air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location, while a bit strange, was just a 10-minute walk to the harbor. I would recommend looking for breakfast options elsewhere since the hotel's breakfast was pricey for what it offered.

Rooms
5.0
The room was small and ridiculously hot in the morning, with no air conditioning, making it uncomfortable. However, it did have a microwave, a small halogen hob, a fridge, and all the tableware needed for self-catering.
Service
9.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with a smile.
Location
6.0
The location felt a bit strange as it was in an abandoned block, but it was only a 10-minute walk to the harbor and other restaurants.
Dining
5.0
I found the hotel breakfast expensive for what it was, so I suggest picking something up locally instead.
Facilities
6.0
Nothing particularly stood out in terms of facilities, but it had the essentials.
